Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions are:

1. Some items will be available immediately. However other items will have to be custom made according to the customer’s specific dimensions and requests, i.e. paint and/or stain color. Price estimates will be provided once the customer has given the builder the necessary information. 

2. Once an order has been confirmed  a 50% deposit is required and non-refundable.

3.  Cancellations within 24 hours will be honored if construction has not been commenced which is at the discretion of the builder.

4.  We take cash, Venmo and PayPal for deposits and final payment. Final payments are due on delivery. If we deliver an item to your home or mutually agreeable public meeting place which is more than 10 miles, an additional delivery charge will be included in the final sales price of $10.00.

5.  Owner is not liable for information errors or website downtime.

6.  Please refrain from any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
